Developer: 10X Ventures

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Your affirmations, gratitude entries, breathing sessions and streak history will be removed and cannot be recovered.

Submit the form below using the email address associated with your Mirra account. No login is required.

Prefer email?

You can also request deletion by emailing support@usemirra.com from the address on your account, with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”. Both methods are handled the same way and within the same timeframe.

What gets deleted

When we process an account deletion request, we permanently delete:

What we keep, and for how long

A limited amount of information is retained after deletion only where the law requires it, or to protect against fraud and abuse. It is never used to rebuild your profile.

Data retained Why Retention period
Purchase and transaction records Required for tax, accounting and audit obligations Up to 7 years
Record of the deletion request itself Proof that we honoured your request Up to 24 months
Aggregated, anonymised usage statistics Cannot be linked back to you or any device Indefinite
Encrypted backups containing your data Backups expire on a fixed rotation and are not restored to serve users Up to 90 days

How long it takes

  1. We acknowledge your request by email, usually within 2 business days.
  2. If we cannot match the address to an account, we will contact you to verify ownership.
  3. Your account and data are permanently deleted within 30 days of the request.
  4. Residual copies in encrypted backups are cleared within a further 90 days.

Note: subscriptions purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store must be cancelled in the respective store. Deleting your Mirra account does not automatically cancel a store-managed subscription.
